Im Juli letzten Jahres hat ein defektes Müllfahrzeug in der Neustadter Innenstadt eine lange schwarze Ölspur hinterlassen. Das Öl wurde mit Bindemittel abgestreut, trotzdem sind die Flecken heute noch sichtbar, weswegen das auch im letzten Innenstadtbeirat wieder Thema war. Dazu Neustadts Pressesprecherin Dagmar Staab:
