Die Kommunen in Rheinland-Pfalz sollen künftig etwa 275 Millionen Euro mehr pro Jahr bekommen. Das hat Ministerpräsidentin Malu Dreyer nach einer Sitzung des Ministerrates verkündet. Was das für die Stadt Landau bedeutet, Oberbürgermeister Thomas Hirsch:
