Landau macht bei der Bundesgartenschau mit. Als Partnerkommune wird die Stadt die Bundesgartenschau 2023 in Mannheim unterstützen. Der Fokus der Gartenschau liegt auf den Themen Umwelt, Klima, Energie und Nahrungssicherung. Oberbürgermeister der Stadt Landau, Thomas Hirsch, erklärt im ANTENNE-Gespräch die Bedeutung dieser Kooperation.
