Eine kommunale Katzenschutzverordnung für Landau, durch die freilebende Katzen kastriert, gekennzeichnet und registriert werden sollen. Das fordert Kim Neumann von den Landauer Grünen und begründet den dafür vorgesehenen Antrag im kommenden Stadtrat vor allem mit einer Verringerung des Tierleids. Auf Anfrage der ANTENNE bezieht Landaus Beigeordneter Lukas Hartmann dazu Stellung:
