Jugendlichen in Offenbach mehr Raum für ihre Kreativität geben. Das ist das Ziel der Verbandsgemeinde Offenbach. Deshalb soll das Pfarrzentrum jetzt zum Jugendzentrum umgebaut werden. Entstehen soll das Jugendzentrum im katholischen Pfarrzentrum, das zuletzt als Unterkunft für Geflüchtete diente. Das Gebäude wird so auf Vordermann gebracht und umgestaltet, dass es der neuen Bestimmung gerecht wird, so die Verbandsgemeinde.
