Mehr Möglichkeiten für die Neustadter beim Projekt „Gemeindeschwester Plus“. Ziel des kostenfreien Beratungsangebots der GemeindeschwesterPlus ist die Unterstützung hinsichtlich einer selbstbestimmten, selbstständigen und teilhabender Lebensführung im Alter. Bisher konnten hauptsächlich Senioren ab 80 Jahre das Angebot der GemeindeschwesterPlus in Anspruch nehmen. Diese Altersgrenze ist nun aufgehoben, sodass sich nun alle älteren Mitmenschen ohne Pflegegrad an die Fachkräfte wenden können.
