Neuer Pflegebauernhof in Schweighofen: Ein Modellprojekt für Jung und Alt. In Schweighofen entsteht ein innovativer Pflegebauernhof, der sowohl Senioren als auch jungen Menschen ein neues Zuhause bieten soll.
