Eine deutlich bessere finanzielle Ausstattung der Kommunen in Rheinland-Pfalz. Das fordert jetzt der Germersheimer Landrat Fritz Brechtel. Für die Pflichtaufgaben die erfüllt werden müssen, fehle das Geld, so Brechtel. Zu den Hintergründen sagt er gegenüber der ANTENNE:
