Endlich wieder Demenz-Aktivierungstasche

Wie der Landkreis SÜW mitteilt, haben das Forum Demenz SÜW und Landau zum dritten mal eine Aktivierungstasche für Menschen mit Demenz und ihre Angehörigen zusammengestellt. Darin befinden sich vielerlei Beschäftigungsmöglichkeiten um den Alltag Demenzerkrankter zu gestalten. Neben Memorie-Karten und Musik sind erstmalig auch Notfallkarten für pflegende Angehörige enthalten.
