Nach Geflügelschau Vogelgrippe. In Germersheim ist in Betrieben in Westheim und Wörth die Vogelgrippe ausgebrochen. Dabei mussten 420 Tiere getötet werden, teilt die Kreisverwaltung mit. Weitere Maßnahmen seien vorerst nicht erforderlich, da die Tierhalter schnell reagiert hatten, so Landrat Fritz Brechtel. Dennoch gilt:
