Im Kreis Germersheim sorgen Hortschließungen für Unmut. Zuletzt sind dort zwei Horte geschlossen worden, um den Rechtsanspruch auf Kita-Plätze im Kreis zu erfüllen. Das zum Unmut vieler Eltern und auch des Kreis-Elternausschusses.
