Grundsteuer in Neustadt: Verzögerungen bei Eigentümerwechsel

Aufgrund der Grundsteuerreform können die Finanzämter derzeit noch keine geänderten Grundsteuermessbescheide bei Eigentümerwechseln ausstellen. Deshalb kann die Stadt Neustadt an der Weinstraße die Grundsteuer 2026 vorübergehend nur gegenüber den bisherigen Eigentümern festsetzen.

Die Finanzämter arbeiten an einer Lösung, voraussichtlich bis Ende Februar. Danach werden die Bescheide rückwirkend angepasst, und bereits geleistete Zahlungen erstattet. Die Stadt bittet um Verständnis.
