Der Wollmesheimer Metzgermeister Peter Joachim ist für das Jahr 2023 erneut zu einem der 500 besten Metzger Deutschlands gewählt worden – heißt es seitens der Gourmetzeitschrift „der Feinschmecker“. In der Wollmesheimer Metzgerei kommen sechs Tiere pro Woche an, die Peter Joachim dann komplett verarbeitet.
