In Kandel hat die AG für Toleranz und Geschichtsbewusstsein ein Kochbuch herausgegeben. Neben den kulinarischen Rezepten befinden sich darin auch die dazugehörigen Geschichten. Essen soll so verbinden und über den Tellerrand hinaus blicken lassen. Am kommenden Sonntag ist das Kochbuch ab 14:30 Uhr auf dem Kandeler Christkindelmarkt erhältlich.
