Die nächste Landauer Kita: „Haus für Kinder“ wird ihm Rahmen des neues Kindertagesstättengesetzes umgebaut und erweitert. Der Baubeginn ist im Februar geplant; die Fertigstellung soll bereits im April erfolgen. Geplant ist ein eingeschossiger Erweiterungsbau östlich des Bestandsgebäudes. Die bisher dafür genutzten Räumlichkeiten sollen als Erweiterung der vorhandenen Küche 2 dienen. Ebenfalls geplant: zusätzliche Sanitäranlagen. Die Kosten für die Maßnahme belaufen sich auf 180.000 Euro, 70.000 Euro davon trägt das Land
