Im Oktober steht die Wahl zur Pfälzischen Weinkönigin im Neustadter Saalbau an. Bereits Ende September wird die neue Deutsche Weinkönigin ebenfalls in Neustadt gekrönt. Während Haßloch und Landau inzwischen auch männliche Hoheiten zur Wahl stellen wollen, sieht Neustadts Stadtchef hierbei keine Veranlassung:
