Kein Tempo 30 in der Hindenburgstraße

Der Bundesrat hat jetzt entschieden: Tempo 30 soll in der Landauer Hindenburgstraße nicht eingeführt werden. Grund ist, dass der Bundesrat einem bereits vom Bundestag beschlossenen Paket zur Novellierung des Straßenverkehrsgesetzes und der Straßenverkehrsordnung nicht zugestimmt hat. Darunter fallen auch die Voraussetzungen für die Kommunen beim Anordnen von Tempo 30. Landaus Verkehrsdezernent Lukas Hartmann bedauert, nach eigenen Angaben, diese Entscheidung.
