Mit einem Service-Roboter dem Personalmangel entgegenwirken. Das war der Plan des Restaurant-Teams von Mariannes Flammkuchen in Herxheim im September 2021. Der noch seltene Einsatz von Robotern in Restaurants könne sich angesichts der Personalengpässe in der Gastronomie nach Experten-Einschätzung künftig ausweiten. Allerdings wolle das Team in Herxheim keinen zweiten Service-Roboter, teilt Geschäftsführer Christian Pudlo auf Anfrage der ANTENNE mit:
