Klinikum Landau Südliche Weinstraße plant Schließung Standort Annweiler

Ende Juni entscheiden der Kreisausschuss Südliche Weinstraße und die Stadt Landau über die Schließung der Klinik in Annweiler. Fachkräftemangel, ungenügende Finanzierungszuschüsse von Bund und Land und gestiegene Energiekosten machen den Kliniken derzeit zu schaffen. Um einer Insolvenz zuvorzukommen will das Klinikum Landau-Südliche Weinstraße rechtzeitig mit der Schließung des Standorts in Annweiler reagieren. Geschäftsführer Guido Gehendges beteuert aber, dass auch während der Übergangsphase keine Versorgungsengpässe entstehen werden.
