Rheinland-pfälzische Kommunen zählen zu den am höchsten verschuldeten in ganz Deutschland. Letzte Woche hat der Landtag die kommunale Teilentschuldung beschlossen. Heißt: Das Land übernimmt von den rund 6,3 Mrd. Euro kommunaler Kassenkredite 3 Mrd. Euro. Betroffen ist auch die Domstadt Speyer. Ob damit die Finanznot ab kommenden Jahr enden wird, dazu Speyers Stadt-Kämmerin Bianca Lübke auf Anfrage der ANTENNE:
