Öffentlicher Personen-Nahverkehr als freiwillige Leistung der Kommunen. Das soll sich dringend ändern. Auch in Landau. Bisher war nur die Beförderung von Schülerinnen und Schülern Pflichtaufgabe. Gesetzlich ist der erste Schritt getan. Jetzt gehe es um die Umsetzung, erklärt OB Thomas Hirsch.
