Der Landkreis Germersheim zeigt sich zufrieden nach dem diesjährigen Stadtradeln. 658171 geradelte Gesamtkilometer seien ein tolles Ergebnis, wird der Kreisbeigeordnete Christoph Buttweiler in einem Presseschreiben zitiert. Das ganze in drei Wochen. Außerdem seien zum ersten Mal alle Verbandsgemeinden und Städte im Kreis dabei gewesen. Die Verbandsgemeinden Rülzheim und Hagenbach haben derzeit sogar die Spitze im Bundesland an Kilometern pro Einwohner inne.
