Müllskandal Neustadt – Verfahren eingestellt

Verfahren wegen Müllskandal in Neustadt eingestellt. Auf Vorschlag der Richterin am Amtsgericht Neustadt ist das Strafverfahren gegen den ehemaligen Betriebsleiter der Neustadter Gerst Recycling GmbH gegen eine Geldauflage von 7500 Euro eingestellt worden. Ursprung des Verfahrens war der Müllskandal auf der ehemaligen Deponie Haidmühle. Darüber hatte die ANTENNE bereits berichtet.
