Neuer Betreiber im Senioren-Wohnpark in Bad Bergzabern. Der vormalige Betreiber Convivo hatte Insolvenz anmelden müssen. Laut Medienberichten hat sich ein neuer Betreiber den Bewohnern vorgestellt. Die Levantus AG ist nach eigenen Angaben im Pflege- und Kita-Bereich erfahren. Jetzt soll es auch feste Mietverträge mit den Eigentümern und für 20 Jahre stabile Mieten geben, so der Infostand nach dem ersten Treffen.
