Der Spargelkonsum gleicht dem vor der Corona-Pandemie. Diese Bilanz zieht jetzt der Speierling Hofladen in Speyer auf Anfrage der ANTENNE. Geschäftsführer Werner Deck sehe, nach eigenen Angaben, im Mindestlohn für die Mitarbeitenden die große Herausforderung für den landwirtschaftlichen Betrieb:
