Beim Altstadtfest in Speyer am Wochenende können Besucher ein spezielles Themenabo in der KatWarn-App nutzen. Nach dem Scannen eines QR-Codes erhalten sie aktuelle Informationen und Sicherheitshinweise direkt auf ihr Smartphone. Plakate mit QR-Codes werden auf dem Festgelände aushängen, um den Zugang zu erleichtern.
