Stadt verkauft Fläche für 1,9 Millionen Euro

1,9 Millionen Euro verlangt die Stadt Landau für die Fläche in der Paul-von-Denis Straße. Nach eigenen Angaben soll hier ein drei bis vierstöckiger Bau entstehen, der höchstens zu Hälfte für Wohnungen genutzt werden soll. Die restliche Fläche soll für betreutes Wohnen oder eine Pflegeeinrichtung genutzt werden, heißt es in einem Schreiben der Stadt weiter.
