Die Frühkartoffel-Ernte ist gestern offiziell gestartet. Bei einer Pressekonferenz sind neben den Landwirten auch Restaurant- und Hotelbetreiber vor Ort gewesen. Die Kartoffel sei ein wichtiger Bestandteil der Pfälzer Küche und somit auch für den Tourismus entlang der Weinstraße, sagt Hartmut Magin, Vorsitzender der Pfälzer Grumbeere Erzeugergemeinschaft aus Neustadt im ANTENNE-Interview:
