Steuerrefom für Grundstücks- und Hauseigentümer

Zum 1. Januar tritt die Reform der Grundsteuer in Kraft, die ab 2025 in Bad Dürkheim angewendet wird. Für Grundstücks- und Hauseigentümer bringt dies einige Änderungen .Die Reform betrifft etwa 12.700 Grundstücke in Bad Dürkheim, die für die Grundsteuer A oder B veranlagt wurden. Für die Eigentümer gibt es aktuell keinen Handlungsbedarf. Die Stadt wird in den kommenden Wochen weiter informieren und zusätzliche Hinweise mit den Steuerbescheiden im Januar verschicken.
