Strafen wegen Verstößen gegen einrichtungsbezogene Impfpflicht

Das Gesundheitsamt des Rhein-Pfalz-Kreises, das auch für die Städte Speyer und Frankenthal zuständig ist, hat im Zuge der einrichtungsbezogenen Impfpflicht schon einige Strafen angeordnet. Darüber berichtet die lokale Tageszeitung. Neben Bußgeldbescheiden wurde in 41 Fällen ein Betreuungs- und Tätigkeitsverbot beschlossen. In einigen Fällen gab es aufgrund von Personalmangels in Kliniken und Pflegeheimen auch Ausnahmen von der Impfpflicht.
