Straßenbaubeiträge in Dudenhofen unrechtmäßig. Das hat jetzt das Verwaltungsgericht in Neustadt entschieden. Da die Gemeindeverwaltung bereits seit Jahren weder Bescheide verschickt, noch Straßen saniert hat, fordert ein Bürger jetzt das Geld zurück.

Die Gemeinde erstattet die jährlichen Beiträge für den Straßenausbau an die Grundstückseigentümer zurück heißt es in einem Bericht der Lokalzeitung.
