Heute tritt die Richtlinien für die neue Handyalarmierung per Cell-Broadcast in Kraft. Künftig soll per Cell-Broadcast die Bevölkerung vor Unwetterkatastrophen schneller gewarnt werden. Ein System, das in Landau auf Zuspruch trifft. Brand-und Katastrophenschutzinspekteur, Dirk Hargesheimer, aus Landau sagt gegenüber der ANTENNE:
