Der Deutsche Hotel und Gaststättenverband Rheinland-Pfalz, kurz DEHOGA, fordert die Gastwirtinnen und Gastwirte jetzt dazu auf, ihre Menüpreise an die steigenden Lebensmittelkosten anzupassen. Auf den steigenden Kosten müssten die Wirtinnen und Wirte nicht sitzen bleiben, so der Verband. Laut einer nicht repräsentativen ANTENNE-Umfrage seien befragte Neustadterinnen und Neustadter auch bereit mehr zu zahlen:
