Die Stadt Landau arbeitet aktuell zusammen mit der Feuerwehr und Polizei daran, die Innenstadt besser zu schützen, insbesondere wenn es um Feste geht. Anlass waren beispielsweise die Amokfahrt in Trier Ende 2020. Zum aktuellen Stand des Zufahrtsschutzkonzepts erklärt der Beigeordnete Lukas Hartmann gegenüber der Antenne:
